노재윤은 이화여자대학교 법학과를 졸업하고, 카피라이터로서 김앤에이엘/비비디오코리아  (푸르지오, 신한카드, 국민은행, 샘표 백년동안, 연두, 쿠쿠정수기, 고려대학교 등 광고제작 참여) 문화기획자로서 기분좋은QX 관광두레 사업 전반적 관리, 경기문화재단 창작사업 관리, 동해묵호마을만들기 사업, 골목형 시장사업 등에 참여하였다. 사업적 기업 중간지원기관 종사자 대상 퍼스널 브랜딩 강의를 하기도 하였고, 북한 새터민 법률자문 및 상담도 진행하였다. 현재는 스페이스바의 예술법률 자문을 하며 작가들의 활동을 지원하며, 문화관광부에서 관광 복지에 대한 사업을 진행하고 있다.
